By using OrganisedUs, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the OrganisedUs mobile application and related services operated at organisedus.com. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or to harm others
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt our systems
- Access another person’s account or data without permission
- Misuse sharing features to distribute unlawful or abusive content
- Reverse engineer or abuse rate limits in a way that harms the service
4. Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid OrganisedUs Pro subscription. Payments are processed by the app store (for example Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the store’s rules. Manage or cancel renewals in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under the store’s refund policy.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service (including sync, sharing you enable, backups, and optional AI features you use).
6. AI features
Optional AI features may analyse content you have access to in order to answer your questions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect — always verify important information against your original records. Do not rely on AI alone for legal, tax, medical, or financial decisions.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep OrganisedUs reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrganisedUs and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
